What do I get if I pay for the full version?

You get an email with the code to unlock the most challenging levels in the game. With the code, you can play as much as you like on the Medium, Hard, Expert and Expert+ levels. The code is valid for as long as you keep SUDOKU+ installed on your phone.

What are the skills required to play the different levels?

Easy
This level can be solved entirely by the technique called "Naked Single". It is guarenteed that there will always be at least two empty fields in wich all but one canditate can be elimited, just by checking the values already present in row, column and box of that field.
Most sudoku solvers will not find the easy level real challenging.
Medium
This level can also be solved entirely by the technique called "Naked Single". But the puzzle will contain a lot les 'givens' than the easy level. The cpu will also make an effort to create the hardest possible puzzle under this limitation. It is common that you will see situations in wich only one field is solveable using the 'Naked Single' technique. Applying techniques such as 'Scanning' and 'Cross-Hatching' will help you solve the puzzle faster.
Hard
On this level, the puzzle can be solved using the techniques 'Naked Single' and 'Hidden Single'. The artificial intelligence of the program makes sure that the puzzle will not be easy, and even though the puzzle can be solved using these simple techniques, you may find it usefull to apply some of the more advanced solving techniques.
Expert
This level introduces the techniques 'Pointing', 'Claiming', 'Naked Pairs' and 'Hidden Pairs'. If you were able to solve the other levels without using the pencil mark feature, this is where you will need it. Finding a single pair will not always do it. The cruel artificial intelligence will most often create puzzles in which you will need to find 2 or 3 combinations of pairs, before you can put on the next digit.
Expert+
Even harder than the Expert level. This level introduces single digit chains.
Not satisfied?
Please let the author know if you don't find SUDOKU+ challenging enough, after trying these levels. The goal is to make it the most challenging sudoku game for cell phones available.

What's the difference between the 4 game types?

Normal
Ordinary 9x9 sudoku. No special rules apply.

Symmetric
This is the 'japanese' version. The 'givens' are forming a symmetric pattern. This makes the puzzle look nice, but it also tends to be a little easier to solve. Getting an easier puzzle can be a good thing when trying out the next difficulty level.

Hyper-X
This is like a normal sudoku with the additional rule, that all the numbers 1-9 must also appear in the diagonals. The diagonals are colored to make them stand out. This rule makes the puzzle easier to solve on low difficulty levels (Easy and Medium), but makes it harder on Hard, Expert and Expert+ levels.

Hyper-4
This is like a normal sudoku with the additional rule, that all the numbers 1-9 must also appear in each of the 4 colored 3x3 boxes. Like the Hyper-X, this game type may be easier to solve on low difficulty levels (Easy and Medium), but it will be a lot harder on Hard, Expert and Expert+ levels.

What does the "Auto Pencilmark" command do?

This commands scans the whole puzzle. In each field it puts a pencilmark for each digit that is not present in that fields row, column or box. It also takes into account the diagonals or extra boxes in the hyper sudokus. It doesn't scan for pairs or use other advanced solving techniques.
